How much does a typical project cost?

Most product builds need a pod of four or five people for three to five months. The estimator sends you a range by email in a few minutes. The Blueprint turns that range into a costed plan.

Our budget is under $50,000. Can we still start?

Yes. The Blueprint Workshop costs $15,000 for four weeks and stands on its own. You leave with a plan you can take to any team, including your own.

What if we want to keep you longer?

Then we set a new date. Some clients keep us as a long-term partner, and we have run one platform for more than five years. Handover stays the default, because a fixed end keeps both sides honest.

How do you hand over without losing speed?

Handover starts in the first month. Your engineers pair with ours on real tickets, then own the reviews, then lead releases while we watch. On the healthcare platform the client team ran on its own from month 9 of 11.

Why no junior engineers?

You pay for people who have shipped this before. We don't train juniors on your budget.
