How we work
A senior pod embeds with your team and takes real product work end to end — designing the architecture, building the features that matter, and shipping continuously rather than disappearing for months and returning with a big-bang delivery. We make the pragmatic trade-offs quickly because the team is senior, and we document the reasoning so it survives. Throughout, we're transferring capability: your engineers see how we approach the unknowns, and by the end they can extend the product without us. Staff augmentation drops bodies into your team to do work you fully direct — a legitimate model, but it puts all the judgment and risk on you, and it builds nothing lasting.
