Products we build and run ourselves

Client work is where we earn. Labs is where we try new stacks, AI tooling and release habits on real users first, so that what reaches a client project has already shipped somewhere. Everything below is built and run by our team.

Photo for Passport

Turns an ordinary photo into a passport or ID photo that meets the official spec. Every check runs on the phone itself with Apple Vision: face landmarks, gaze, capture quality and person segmentation. Five groups of checks cover pose, framing, lighting, image quality and background, and the crop is computed from each document's millimetre spec.

Routing and planning enginesLive · iOS, web

Roadanza

An AI planner for road trips across North America and Europe. A language model proposes stops. A deterministic engine then checks every day, recalculates timelines, fuel, budget and road charges, and rejects anything that does not add up. Routing runs on Mapbox, with Google Places, Open-Meteo and OpenStreetMap charging data, and every provider has a fallback.

Vision pipelines and generative try-onLive · iOS, web

Lookora

Try on outfits curated by human stylists, on your own photo, before you buy. A vision model detects and tags each garment, SAM 3 segmentation cuts it out, and a try-on model renders the look. On the phone, Apple Vision handles body pose and masks, and an AI stylist plans outfits around the weather.

AI that structures learningWeb live · native app in progress

Trazo

A notebook for adults learning a language. Write up a lesson, or photograph a paper notebook, and AI turns it into grammar rules, word cards and examples. Practice is scheduled with the FSRS spaced-repetition algorithm, with quizzes and homework tracking on top. A native macOS and iPad app with Apple Pencil is on the way.

Structured data at directory scaleLive · web

ShopfloorIndex

An independent directory of manufacturing software, compared by category. A language model drafts every category page and vendor profile, and an editor approves each one before it goes live. Pages are statically generated and revalidated by cache tags, so the directory stays fast as it grows.
